InSynergy Consulting Group Purchases 30% of AAM for SmartSMS Services

InSynergy Consulting Group completed the purchase of 30% Icelandic company AAM, distributor of SmartSMS services. As part of the purchase agreement, AAM will help InSynergy with marketing and cross-selling consulting services to AAM customers. In addition, InSynergy will help AAM sell SMS services.

InSynergy believes in the strategic benefit of SmartSMS as a partner. The mutually beneficial agreement will help both companies increase visibility, marketing, and customer access.

SmartSMS is a wireless messaging solution that provides two-way communication via mobile phones and the Internet for messaging users to reach their customers, potential customers, and SMS community members. on any GSM network worldwide.
