In addition, InSynergy Norway is helping secure venture capital for a transport industry startup.

InSynergy has taken the lead on taking SmartSMS services into England and Denmark. The team introduced by InSynergy to to SmartSMS management has extensive experience in multi-national marketing and an extensive business network. The added-value brought to SmartSMS by InSynergy's assistance help secure a merger with Mobcast. Mobcast management saw the success of SmartSMS's expansion and offered a stock swap. Both SmartSMS and Mobcast management realized the potential of working together and voted unanimously in favor of the swap.

In addition to helping SmartSMS, InSynergy Norway has secured exclusive development rights for both a web based and enterprise system designed to help the transport industry work more efficiently. Once venture capital is secured, anticipated June 2002, development will begin.
